Do you have questions about
Hybrid Meetings and
Hybrid Events?
(“Hybrid Meetings” Some people are in the room and some people attend over the Internet.)
Rick Jaggers opens his virtual office doors during informal, unstructured Zoom meetings.
There is no agenda and no planned content. Bring your questions, and Rick will answer them first come, first served. Get your answers and learn from the questions of others.

You do not need a Zoom account. (Rick is using his account.) You will need a tablet or laptop or desktop PC with a microphone & speakers. A webcam for your desktop PC is a decided plus!

How to Connect to Rick's Office
Here is a 52-second YouTube video from Zoom showing how to accept an invitation and connect to your practice meeting. It's really easy. You won't get the email mentioned in the video. Just open the event on Rick's calendar to see a clickable link for the day's session.
Practice Sessions Are Available
Rick will open a 30-minute block of time to allow you to connect using ZOOM on your computer. This is intended to be a practice session and will give you one-on-one experience before you go live with your own meetings. To take advantage of this opportunity, send an email to Rick.Jaggers@ZoomHM.com
Rick will send you an email with the meeting information. At the scheduled time, use your computer to connect.
